W's Lab Reference

There are some details that I couldn't fit into the picture so I'll stick them here:

-All vegetation within a 20ft radius of W's lab have died due to harmful chemicals that he dumped outside

-He uses his basement to store items or to do experiments

-The windows are all boarded up to keep light out due to how sensitive his eyes have gotten to the light

-The place is not very good protection from the elements, so it will get very cold during winter or will flood easily during rainfall

-He sets up bear traps, hidden by the few patches of dead grass left, to keep out intruders or to catch food

I'll update this if I remember any more... that's all I know for now.
